Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date of delivery.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Please note that we do not accept returns on personalised or customised items.

 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

 

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

 

Send an email to office@muki-life.com or use our contact us page Here with the subject line: "Return/Exchange Request - Order #[Your Order Number]."

 

In the email, include the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for the return or exchange
  • If you believe the items is faulty or damaged, please include a clear photograph.

 

Our customer support team will review your request and respond to your email within 1-2 business days. They will provide you with further instructions, including the return shipping address.

 

Return Shipping:

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received safely.

 

Refund or Exchange Process:

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange:

 

Refund: If you are eligible for a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.

 

Exchange: If you requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to the address on your order. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once the exchange has been processed.
